There’s no place like home. Or in Peppermint’s case, there’s no place like the Tahoe. Even though she has an expansive dog bed and her own seat in the back, she much prefers to sit in Cameron’s spot. I’m not sure if it’s the sunbeams or the improved ride, but she enjoys stretching out and relaxing in his seat whenever possible. This morning, after I dropped him off at school, she instantly took up residence in “her” place. Maybe she thinks that she should have the prime spot since she’s technically older—her 3 dog years puts her 21 in human years.
But it won’t be long before she’ll have that seat permanently. Cam informed me just the other day that he’s now reached 80 pounds, which means that he’s actually qualified to sit shotgun. On the other hand, perhaps I’d rather have Peppermint up front—she won’t be changing the radio station all of the time.
She looks very comfy 🙂
