Got Reward?

I stopped by Virginia Equine Imaging today to shoot some photos for an upcoming article in In Stride. My friends Christy and Lisa had everything set up perfectly when I arrived, complete with necessary medications and the ideal model, a gleaming chestnut with a lovely white star. Froelich posed alertly, ears pricked, for the requisite shots, as if he’d spent his life in front of the camera. Then, when we were near completion and the treats weren’t forthcoming as quickly as he would have liked, Froelich made it known it was time for us to pony up. It seems even the equine models know the way the real world works.
