When we were out at Capers Island last weekend in South Carolina, I didn’t really think the sunset was all that captivating. I shot some photos as we disembarked from the island, mostly because of all the birds hovering around us and out on the beach. In the editing phase today, though, I found a few that I liked, including this one. The sun itself is a bit blown out, but I do like the colors and the texture of the waves, and, really, any time you can watch the sun set over the water it’s a banner day.
