The Hill School varsity soccer team finished their season with a four-school tournament, held at Highland. Hill faced Loudoun Country Day School, Highland and Wakefield. The competition was fierce. Although Hill lost two games and tied the third, they fought hard and played well, losing by just three total goals.

Cameron really hoped to end his season by scoring a goal for the Hill team. Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be. He had a half-dozen shots on goal, but none got by the goalie. Nevertheless, he seemed pleased with the season and his first attempt at the varsity level. Spring brings lacrosse, so we’ll see where that takes him. In the meantime, Cam will conclude the fall soccer season with his Loudoun County team over the next two weeks and then return to the Tae Kwon Do dojang. At least our winter sport is done indoors!
