Cameron scored his first goal of the season during Sunday’s game against the TAFC America Eagles. After playing goalie the first half of the game, I think he was happy to get out to the front of the field to stretch his legs.
Last week he played goalie the entire game, so the freedom to run was a nice change of pace for him. He certainly slept much better that night!

Thank you, Patti! He would prefer to be scoring goals, but he knows his team needs him in goal. A good life lesson, for sure!
Yea for him. I know just how he feels, having watched similar feats during my grandson’s games. Playing goalie is intimidating. I would rather kick the ball than have it kicked at me.
