Cathedral Falls in Fall

Last week I was fortunate to have nearly ideal weather for photographing Cathedral Falls in West Virginia as I drove home from Kentucky to Virginia. The steady rain wasn’t the best for long-distance driving, but it allowed me to set my camera for long exposures without having to use filters. Another trip on the Midland Trail National Scenic Highway today through West Virginia, and, unfortunately, once again I traveled across this scenic route mostly in the rain.
