Our five-day trip to South Carolina went by so quickly. It seemed liked we had just arrived and we were packing up to head home again.
Although it was cool the skies were clear, allowing for some photo expeditions early in the mornings and in the evenings.
Last night as the sun set I took the dogs out for a walk in the backyard. It was nice to see the azaleas in bloom and the many flowers welcoming spring. At least I got a taste before returning to the mountain where snow still resides.
Maybe this week we’ll finally have a hint of spring and perhaps the cherry blossoms will appear. It’s time!

I miss it, too! Cloudy and cold today in Virginia. I know spring will arrive one day, but it’s certainly been a long wait!

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best on this trip. Cold and clear. The sunsets were dull 😦 But I still enjoyed my time and have lots of photos to edit. Hopefully, there will be a few keepers.
